Masquerade BallOn Saturday, 15 March the Parents Action Committee held a very successful event for the parents and friends of the school - a Masquerade Ball, held at Cardinia Cultural Centre in Pakenham. There were prizes for the best Lady's and the best Gentleman's mask, great music for dancing, a delightful meal and hampers for the Silent Auction attracted a great amount of attention. All agreed that it was a great fun night, as many people just let their hair down on the dance floor and elsewhere - see the photos below:

IGA PresentationSt Michael's School in Berwick received a visit from members of the IGA Community Benefits Scheme Len Fletcher and Marguarite Tame came and thanked the families, staff, students and friends of St Michael's who have By simply by shopping at the Berwick IGA Supermarket and having their customer tags scanned at the checkout, a Len and Marguarite presented a plaque and a giant cheque to Principal, Michael Hanney and
PAC Member HonouredSt Michael's School honored one of its Parents Action Committee members today. Ian McGregor was recognized by the school in a presentation for his tireless work with the PAC in organizing and promoting the St Michael's fairs this year and in past years. Mr McGregor's proud family were present as Vice Principal, Bernadette Byrne presented a plaque recognizing his huge contribution to raising funds for St Michael's. Mr McGregor said he was proud to receive the award and felt privileged to have been a student at St Michael's himself and continues to be a part of the community as his children now attend St Michael's. Mr McGregor is passionate about St Michael's and the funds he has worked so hard to help raise have replaced school equipment and contributed to the upgrade of playing areas.
